Dr. Elias Gutierrez, originally from Southwest Michigan, pursued his education at Andrews University and Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. Passionate about community service, he volunteered at clinics locally and abroad. After earning his doctorate, he worked at a community clinic in Saipan, serving nearby islands before returning to Michigan due to the pandemic. He later completed advanced training in implant & cosmetic dentistry. He is married his wife Paola, who is a dental hygienist. Now settled in St. Joseph, Michigan, Dr. Gutierrez leads his own practice and remains active in several professional dental organizations.

When you arrive, our friendly team will make you feel at ease. If needed, we’ll begin with x-rays to get a clear picture of your dental health. Then, using a small mirror, our hygienist will carefully check for any signs of gum disease, cavities, or other concerns.
Next, we’ll get to work giving your teeth a deep clean. Our hygienist will use specialized tools to remove plaque and tartar, followed by a gentle polish that leaves your teeth looking and feeling fresh. We’ll finish with a full flossing to ensure every area is sparkling clean.
After your cleaning, the dentist will perform a final exam to catch any issues early. If we find anything that needs attention, we’ll walk you through your options and answer any questions you may have.
